Project Scheduler Role

As a highly organized and detail-oriented project scheduler, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating complex scheduling needs across teams or for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendars for various subject matter experts and consultants, along with team members from back offices.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time allocation and minimal conflicts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange logistics (meeting rooms, video conferencing links, etc.).
  • Monitor and adjust calendar events as priorities shift.
  • Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
  • Report on the occurrence and length of key calendar events.

This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Management Scheduler, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism.
