Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduling Coordinator to develop and maintain project schedules, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, and provide guidance to team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules that meet project objectives and constraints.
  • Analyze and interpret project data to identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain and update project schedules regularly to reflect progress, changes, and delays.
  • Communicate schedule status and progress to stakeholders, including management and other relevant parties.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on project management best practices.
  • Continuously monitor the project schedule and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the team.
  • Ensure the project schedule and documentation are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with project requirements.
  • Understand contractual obligations and ensure the project schedule is aligned with contract schedules.
  • Support the project manager in managing project change requests and claims, and update the schedule accordingly.


Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience in solar, wind, regulatory, or financing activities.
