Project Planning Expert

The Senior Project Planner plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes, committed to meeting client expectations while fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation.

Position Purpose:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project schedules and plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor project progress, and provide analytical support to project teams.
  • Play a key role in risk management, resource allocation, and decision-making processes.

The Senior Project Planner shall work closely with clients in their upcoming hotel projects. Key duties include:

  • Development of project timelines.
  • Establish planning and scheduling standards for projects.
  • Support dashboard teams for integration of project management tools.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A valid engineering license.
  • 12 years with 6 years of hospitality experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other equivalents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices is also essential.

The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for:

  • Developing, maintaining, and refining the project master schedule, incorporating all project phases, milestones, and key activities.
  • Supporting tendering teams in preparing project schedules.
  • Preparing narrative and critical path analysis for project schedules.
  • Establishing work breakdown structures (WBS) to successfully plan and deliver measured breakdowns of project components, progress measurement, budgeting, and reporting.
