Job Title: Project Scheduler

As a skilled Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, with expertise in using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that they accurately reflect the scope, timeline, and resource requirements of each project.
  • Analyze and resolve schedule-related issues, working closely with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input progress data, creating and submitting regular reports to highlight variances from the current baselines schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
  • A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • Expertise in using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
