About the Role:

Neo Heights is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator with 15+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to lead coordination across multiple large-scale projects in Bangalore and Hosur. This is a senior-level leadership role requiring cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and proactive project ownership.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project heads, engineering teams, and vendors to drive execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues across departments such as Civil, MEP, Interiors, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project coordination across multiple industrial and commercial project sites
  • Drive planning, execution tracking, site follow-ups, and interdepartmental alignment
  • Act as the central point of contact between execution teams, vendors, subcontractors, and management
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, manpower planning, and cost control
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior leadership
  • Oversee vendor follow-ups, material planning, site readiness, and resource mobilization
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and take timely corrective actions
  • Ensure safety, quality, and statutory compliance are met across all project activities
  • Travel regularly between project sites in Bangalore and Hosur

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 15+ years of experience in project coordination, execution, or site operations in EPC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate projects
  • Proven leadership experience handling multiple sites or project teams
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contracts, BOQ, billing, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Project
  • Willing to travel frequently to project locations
