Job Title: Senior IT Project Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT project coordinator to oversee and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation through thorough analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle through proactive risk management.
  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies, leveraging tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
