Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to drive project success by supporting senior project managers and taking ownership of small projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Attendance and Reporting

The ideal candidate will attend regular Project Control Groups meetings and create accurate reports to ensure seamless project execution.

Technology Implementation

He/She will be responsible for implementing JLL technologies like Project Home Page, Prolog, and Atlas to streamline project processes.

Financial Management

The Project Coordinator will forecast project expenditure and manage costs within reasonable limits to ensure successful project outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and balancing them with business objectives.

Revenue and Payment Cycle Management

The ideal candidate will manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt and maintain a positive cash flow.

Consultant and Vendor Management

He/She will be responsible for managing consultants and vendors for project design and documentation.

Risk Identification and Mitigation

The Project Coordinator will identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Reporting and Analysis

He/She will create and distribute project-related reports, analyses, and reviews to stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
