Job Title: Schedule Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Schedule Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules.

Your primary focus will be on developing detailed project schedules, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, analyzing project data, and communicating schedule status and progress.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating project schedules, providing guidance and training to project team members, and continuously monitoring the project schedule for improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing detailed project schedules and ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to gather information and define project scope, objectives, and schedule constraints.
  3. Analyzing and interpreting project data to identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Maintaining and updating project schedules to reflect progress, changes, and delays.
  5. Communicating schedule status and progress to project stakeholders, including management and other relevant parties.
  6. Providing guidance and training to project team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to project scheduling.
  7. Continuously monitoring the project schedule for improvement opportunities and providing feedback and suggestions to the project team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Prior experience in solar, wind, regulatory, and financing activities.
