
Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description
This role requires a seasoned professional to drive employee relations strategies and programs aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian labor and employment laws, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns, incidents, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
- Advise management on employee relations best practices and provide guidance on handling sensitive situations.
- Manage the employee relations budget efficiently.
- Stay updated on current trends and legal developments in employee relations.
- Collaborate with other HR departments on initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree from a well-known institute (LLB/Graduation in Law preferred).
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in ER roles across leading MNCs.
- Hands-on experience of managing labor litigations in multiple locations.
- End-to-end knowledge and experience of Employment laws compliance in India.
