Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
About the Role:
- This role involves providing employee relations support to managers and employees globally, including consultation, coaching, and advising on talent-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to employees and managers.
- Coach employees through formal and informal performance management issues.
- Facilitate the interactive process for evaluating medical accommodation requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources functions, including employment law, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Work Environment:
- This is a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are required.
- The ideal candidate must thrive in this environment and be able to accommodate occasional business travel.
