Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to identify potential clients and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction between the client and the company under the observation of Sales Head.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications and emailing.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
