Eastern FMCG Territory Sales Executives - All Kerala Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage sales activities across all districts in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales and distribution in FMCG organizations.

This is a unique opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple sales targets, customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix.
  • Drive outlet coverage, availability and visibility.
  • Ensure visibility of company products on store shelves.
  • Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections.
  • Develop short term and long term sales objectives through effective use of sales data.
  • Application of structured selling process and negotiation techniques to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure closure to grievances immediately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (+ MBA added advantage).
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and distribution in FMCG organizations.
  • Exposure to markets of the HQ location.
  • IT literate with basic fundamentals of MS – Office and Internet Explorer.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • People Management.
  • Good Stockist Management Skills.
