About the Role

The Government Liaisoning Manager is a key position responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies. This role ensures the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while advocating for its interests at local and state levels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies to guarantee seamless operations and minimize risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations affecting the FMCG industry and advise the company accordingly.
  • Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate potential risks.
  • Foster a network of key government contacts across various departments, including NAPL, GIDC, Pollution Control Board, PF, ESIC Labour, FRRO, and FSSAI- Food Department.
Key Requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A detailed understanding of the FMCG industry and its regulatory environment is crucial.
