Product Category Manager

We are looking for an expert in Product Category Management to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective category management.
The role involves managing the end-to-end process, from product planning and inventory control to assortment strategy and sales planning. The successful candidate will be able to balance analytical and creative skills, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:- P&L & Revenue Management: Own profitability at the category level, plan pricing and margins aligned with growth targets, and identify growth levers and monitor revenue performance.
- Inventory Planning & Control: Forecast demand based on data, seasonality and trends, ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs and dead stock, and partner with sourcing and production for timely replenishments.
- Assortment Strategy & Sales Planning: Build collections that align with customer demand and brand identity, plan product mix across price points, characters and collections, and track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in category management, buying or merchandising (fashion/D2C preferred)
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- A sharp eye for product, pricing and consumer trends in apparel
- Ability to manage fast-paced timelines and multiple stakeholders
Work directly with the founders and core team, be part of a fast-growing D2C fashion brand, and gain exposure to data, product and strategy in a hands-on role.
