Key Responsibilities:

    • Leverage data analysis to optimize free search improvements and boost discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience Optimization
    • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify areas for improvement and resolve friction points.
    • Develop and implement strategies to elevate online customer experience and increase satisfaction levels.
  • Content Management & Web Analytics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects on time and within budget.
    • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet tight deadlines.
    • Maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.
  • Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
    • Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
    • Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability and improve overall customer experience.
