Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Founder/CEO in the Construction Industry.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently. They will assist with daily tasks including calendar management, travel management, expense management, time management, taking minutes of meetings, desk management, data management, visitor profile screening, email management, and taking phone calls on behalf of the director.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  4. Handle confidential information with discretion
  5. Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
