Executive Assistant to CEO

Admin Looks is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Founder/CEO in the Construction Industry.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently, including calendar management, travel management, expense management, time management, and data management.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, and managing the CEO's calendar.
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will also be responsible for preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, as well as handling confidential information with discretion.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Admin Looks team and contribute to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to effectively use VC meeting tools such as MS Teams, ZOOM, WEBEX, Google Meets etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the Construction Industry
