As a seasoned project management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects. This role involves managing complex schedules and budgets in a multivendor environment with broad interdependencies, ensuring that all quality parameters are met and projects are delivered on time within the estimated cost.

  • Estimate efforts relative to the project(s) and conduct site visits as needed to review progress and quality of work.">
  • Coordinate with the Project Planning team to work on Schedule, Resource Planning and Budgeting, Resource Assignments, Risk Management, Quality and Cost Management.">
  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the project, as well as compliance with management policies and identified stakeholders' expectations.">
  • Coordinate interrelating activities of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers, issuing change orders as necessary.">
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payment requests, issuing changes in the work to receive timely prices from subcontractors.">
  • Develop job progress schedules to ensure actual construction aligns with the schedule.">
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors for various trades, ensuring clear definitions of work responsibility.">
  • Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with scope of work.">
