Construction Leadership Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Construction Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including labor sourcing, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management, and managing construction activities.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project progress and resolving issues as they arise
  • Managing project documentation and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Oversight of labor sourcing, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing construction projects in an engineering company
  • Proven skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management
  • Experience in project coordination and budgeting, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Additional qualifications may include experience in residential villa construction projects

Key Skills and Experience

Preferred candidates will have a strong understanding of construction project management principles, with experience in labor sourcing, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
