Job Title: Pod Construction Project Lead

Role Overview

The Pod Construction Project Lead oversees the execution of pod construction projects, ensuring that quality standards, timelines, and project deliverables are met. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to drive project execution and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Execution: Oversee pod construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all aspects align with quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  2. Vendor Management: Approve vendors and supervise site engineers and contractors to guarantee material compliance and design adherence.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, IT) to drive project execution and ensure smooth communication among team members.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure all safety protocols and permits are in place.
Deliverables
  1. Timely Project Completion: Ensure timely completion of pod construction projects with accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and validated architectural plans.
  2. Vendor and Contractor Management: Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery of materials and services.
  3. Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management with tracked progress and budget reports.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, design, and regulatory standards across all sites.
