Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead various aspects of commercial interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise a team of crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for time and material costs, ensuring accurate budgeting.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts.
  • Audit technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Develop work schedules and communicate changes to team members and clients.
  • Compile reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions when required.
  • Monitor quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in commercial interiors, especially in similar environments.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be beneficial.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
