The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. As a Senior Director, you will lead high-profile construction projects, work with industry-leading professionals, and make a tangible impact on the built environment.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction and leadership to your team, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in project planning and execution.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of project managers and construction professionals, managing their performance, workload, and professional development.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Senior Director will also oversee project design, procurement, execution, and closeout, develop project strategies, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, and evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale construction and development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional client relationship management abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in project management software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Project Management Professional, or LEED, are highly desirable.
