Our organization is seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the Digital Channel Solutions Business initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This will involve coordinating with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure milestones are met.

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project management process, from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, and Risk teams. Regular and transparent communication of project progress, risks, and key decisions will be essential.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrate exemplary conduct and adhere to our organization's values and code of conduct. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Capital Markets as a Project Manager
  • Change Management Certifications (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
  • Project management certifications (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Familiarity with tools like Clarity, ADO, Confluence, and ServiceNow
