About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Intern to join our project and construction management team.

This internship provides hands-on experience with estimation, costing, budgeting, procurement, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
  • Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  • Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
