Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction project coordinator to oversee the execution of on-site construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate all on-site construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and technical guidance to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Supervision & Compliance: Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations among all on-site personnel.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to crew members, resolve issues, and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify risks.
  • Liaison & Communication: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and maintain good relationships with all on-site personnel.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and quality assurance records.
  • Equipment Management: Manage and maintain site equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
