Real Estate Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project management team to monitor project progress against agreed milestones and timelines, identify potential issues, and escalate them promptly.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction and possess strong knowledge of project monitoring methodologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring the progress of projects against agreed milestones and timelines
- Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive and timely status reports
- Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction
- Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
