Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

UR Construction is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely submission of claims related matters.
  • Track changes to project scope, schedule, and cost and notify stakeholders accordingly.
  • Prepare contractual justifications and supporting documents for submitted claims.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information and prepare inputs as required.
  • Ensure all claims are substantiated with contract entitlements in accordance with conditions of contract.
  • Prepare detailed claim statements and presentations for submission to DAAB and advocate.
  • Coordinate with HO/RO team to update claim status and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare Comprehensive EOT applications and assist project teams in presenting to employers.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining effective communication and cost management skills.

Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering or Similar Certification courses.
  • 10 to 20 years of experience in project management and contracts administration.
  • Effective cost management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge & experience in standard method of measurements.
  • Sound contracts administration and Management skills.
  • Capable of monitoring Cost control techniques.
  • Good at project Commercial Management skills.
