Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in labour sourcing, budgeting, vendor management, and quality control.

They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and team management abilities.

A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including labour sourcing, planning, coordinating, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, manage project documentation, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
