Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer / Project Engineer with prior experience in a construction contracting company to oversee and manage site execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle fast-track projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per project drawings and specifications.
- Preparing of BBS and Supervision of reinforcement cutting, bending as per BBS and drawings.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and work schedules.
- Monitor material consumption and manage site inventory.
- Verify measurements for billing and assist in quantity estimation.
- Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to project management.
- Ensure work completion within time, budget, and quality requirements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

- Mandatory: Experience in a construction contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of civil execution, structural, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
