Job Title: Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in Bengaluru.

The individual will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labour sourcing, labour management, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management, and managing construction activities.

To be successful as a Construction Project Manager, the individual should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects in an engineering company.
  • Skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.
  • Experience in Project Coordination and Budgeting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee labour sourcing and labour management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and budget construction activities.
  • Source and manage vendors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and will be responsible for monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Requirements:
