Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the successful completion of interior fit-out projects. This entails collaborating with design professionals, consultants, clients, and vendors, as well as managing site personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute work efficiently and in accordance with project documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site analysis and technical due diligence
  • Develop comprehensive pre-construction and construction schedules
  • Review project plans and drawings, communicating changes with the design team effectively
  • Assist in procuring materials and expediting shop drawings
  • Monitor project construction schedules and track material completion diligently
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Manage client and vendor relationships professionally
  • Oversee project delivery, design management, and documentation processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of construction concepts, scheduling, and planning principles
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and AutoCAD (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication, grooming, and time management skills
  • Strong people management skills
