Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Coordinator MEP located in Bengaluru. The Senior Coordinator MEP will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing subcontractors, and troubleshooting any issues related to MEP systems. The role also involves participating in project planning meetings, conducting site inspections, and reporting on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination and management skills
  • Proficiency in MEP design and installation
  • Project management skills and experience in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with MEP systems in large-scale projects is a plus
