Job Role: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Job
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery by working closely with senior engineers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and deadline setting.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  4. Communication: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or construction management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits.
