Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to drive business growth in India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets by maintaining customer databases through regular communication.
    • In charge of buying and selling plastic resins including PP, PE, PET & PVC from Indian producers and distributors.
    • Represent the company at meetings and conferences in India and international tradeshows to promote products.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with Indian resin producers.
    • Assist in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
    • Conduct market research and gather information for price setting in specific markets.
    • Prepare reports analyzing market trends based on region, season, and customer habits.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • Understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to undertake abroad or domestic business trips.

  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
