Zonal Account Manager

This role is a dynamic opportunity to lead sales efforts in the Karnataka state, focusing on achieving and exceeding targets while adhering to company policies and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of products and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and market developments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Turnover: Promote ASP-TS HLD portfolio
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales action plans to managers reflecting activities needed to achieve sales objectives
  • Negotiate and close sales in routine situations, seeking guidance for more complex deals

Territory Management:

  • Understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities
  • Identify tender contract opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to deliver
  • Develop an effective and efficient territory plan

Customer In-service Education Training:

  • Work with managers to identify customer in-service needs supporting healthcare services and product use
  • Maintain strong relationships with all customer levels in hospitals

Key Account Management:

  • Prepare plans to optimize key account development and sales growth by identifying opportunities
  • Document key customers and decision makers

Product Market Knowledge:

  • Develop and enhance personal understanding of product features, benefits, and correct application through practical experience, training programs, and learning from end-users
  • Demonstrate application usage of products and differentiate them from competitors' products
