About This Role:
AbbVie is seeking a skilled Sr Territory Manager to deliver sales performance and brand KPIs by building trusted customer relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute call plans that achieve set call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers.
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise.
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers advocates.
- Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action to close on every sales call.
Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6 years of Sales experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector with good command over English language and scientific terminology.
- Candidate with executive presence, excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
