Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will work closely with marketing and operations to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
