Key Responsibilities
Sales Management: Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and growing the gold loan portfolio. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales officers to meet productivity and performance goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and values. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and develop effective pricing strategies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms (like RBI regulations for gold loans), and internal audit procedures. Operations: Oversee timely renewal of gold loan cases, ensure healthy collections with minimal pending cases, and facilitate proper communication with customers. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Required:
- Experience Min 3-6 years of experience in gold loans or secured lending within banking, NBFCs, BFSI, or microfinance institutions, often with prior experience in retail banking or field sales.
- Education Any degree (Regular degree only)
- Age limit Below 35
- Currently employed person only eligible.
