Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large team of area managers, focusing on performance, expectations, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and operations strategy teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and logistics management.
  • Conduct cost analysis and reporting, manage schedules, and oversee quality and process change initiatives.
  • Design and execute employee retention plans, determining staffing and training needs for your areas.
  • Improve systems, processes, and policies to enhance management reporting and business metrics.
  • Ensure discipline among delivery executives and resolve any disputes to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Support area managers in developing a motivating pay-out structure for delivery executives.
  • Guarantee flawless delivery service with a focus on real-time service levels and schedule adherence.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction ratings for the delivery fleet in your areas.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to area managers, conducting weekly one-on-ones to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule regular hub visits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Address complex supervisor-related issues and ensure compliance among delivery executives regarding uniform and identification requirements.
