MBA Freshers - 2+ years of EdTech Sales experience
for the role of
District Support Staff (Education Sales)
across the following locations:
VIJAYAWADA

We are looking for energetic and self-driven professionals with
excellent com-skills
and a strong willingness to
travel extensively
for on-ground engagement.

Role Type:
Contract Retainer (CR)

Work Mode:
WFO | 6 days/week

Travel:
3–4 days/week within the district (company reimburses travel expenses upon timely submission of bills and approvals)

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan and execute sourcing activities within the assigned district/cluster


• Build networks with key stakeholders—Government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, and other partners—for candidate sourcing


• Collaborate with Education, Employment, Skilling & Welfare departments for outreach and assessments


• Visit schools/junior colleges for candidate mobilization and awareness sessions


• Counsel principals, students, parents, and stakeholders; drive candidate onboarding


• Manage district-level assessment scheduling, versant coordination, interview support, and reporting


• Achieve targets for TechBee candidate sourcing and onboarding in the district


• Organize workshops with principals, officials, and key influencers


• Coordinate with partnered banks/financial institutions for candidate loan processing


• Participate in government-led events and outreach initiatives


• Maintain all data accurately in internal systems/monitoring tools


• Continuously engage with candidates and parents from lead generation through program commencement
