Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Business Development Manager in the jewellery industry, based in Vijayawada. The responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with jewellery industry stakeholders, creating and executing strategies to drive business growth, managing client accounts, and promoting InstaLaxmi's B2B digital gold platform. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of effective solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills
- Proven expertise in building and nurturing client relationships within the jewellery industry
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of digital platforms, marketing strategies, and customer engagement
- Experience in the jewellery or financial technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages is advantageous
