Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Vijayawada. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base while managing and strengthening relationships with existing partners. The Business Development Manager will focus on achieving sales targets, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, nurturing leads, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions as per client needs and maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills, including expertise in identifying business opportunities and closing deals
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Market Research and Analytical abilities to identify trends and gather competitive insights
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning expertise to coordinate and execute business strategies efficiently
  • Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with SaaS-based solutions will be a significant advantage
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
