Regional Business Manager

IFFCO-MC is seeking an experienced, strategic and dynamic professional to lead our Sales & Marketing operations in Andhra Pradesh. The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will play a critical role in driving regional business growth, strengthening market presence and ensuring effective field execution in alignment with the company's goals.
A)
Responsibilities
:
1. Sales & Revenue Management:
- Achieve regional sales, collection and profitability targets.
- Drive product-wise, territory-wise and channel-wise performance.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and annual business plans.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, guide and mentor a team of field and sales professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and capability-building initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation and result orientation.
3. Channel & Market Development:
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners, distributors and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the region.
- Ensure availability, visibility and demand generation for key products.
4. Field Activity Monitoring:
- Oversee field operations including demonstrations, farmer meetings, field days and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate execution of marketing programs and brand campaigns in the region.
- Drive competitive intelligence and maintain regular feedback on market conditions.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead regional business planning, sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
- Provide timely market updates and sales performance reports.

Job Specification
:
1. Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's / PGDM / ABM / MBA in Agriculture
2. Years & Nature of Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in agrochemical sector

- Andhra Pradesh
