Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Vijayawada. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, reporting on sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and reporting
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong understanding of financial services and products
  • Relevant bachelor's degree; master's degree or additional certifications are a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
