Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

 Monitoring And Controlling overall Sales & Marketing Activities.

 Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members.

 Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve sale targets.

 Training the field staff and monitoring their activities.

 Monitoring and ensuring primary and secondary targets are met.

 Sales Forecasting at monthly, quarterly and annual level.

 Onboarding new Stockists and distributors and managing them.

 Responsible for collecting payments from channel partners.

 Ensuring timely reporting to management.

 Work collaboratively across teams - including Sales, Marketing and Support team.

 Good communication in Telugu, English and Hindi

Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to Rs. 7,00,000 per annum
