Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of Monthly sales plan for their respective branches in coordination with SPDs.
  • Accountable for delivery of TL Revenue & GM as per the deployed target month on month.
  • Accountable for effective management and control of critical functionality like spare forecasting for warehouses, planning, mapping of complete Spare parts distribution channel, Operations Management & Service delivery.
  • Adhere Apollo - Ensure Monthly visits to all SPDs in their branch as per assigned target.
  • Communicating all Trade related scheme ( Monthly / qtrly / Hly ) to SPD's for better understanding .
  • Coordinating Spare parts operations towards the revenue growth of the profit Centre
  • Managing the complete and comprehensive reporting systems and MIS Operations
  • Coordinating all the logistical support for spares parts and publicity material for timely delivery at required location
  • Data analysis for total gain on spares revenue
  • Analysis of requirement for warehouse on the basis of future projection
  • Ensure monthly release of CN & FOC to SPD's if any.
  • Analysis of market potential and accordingly appoint New SPD in territory.
  • Getting Monthly sign off's from their SPD's and submit to Branch commercial.
  • Reconcile the accounts with SPD on monthly basis and ensure no pendency in alignment of commercial team.
  • Ensure and maintain commercial hygiene – No SPD in OD at any given time & OS to be collected within timeline.
  • Maintaining all the spare parts data delivered at different locations throughout the year

Full Time MBA / Graduate with EXP of 3-4 years(Preferably in Spare parts sales)
