Senior IT Proposal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead proposal development for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders related to IT projects. The ideal candidate will manage and write winning bids, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and alignment with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop proposals for IT projects, including cloud migrations, software solutions, and cybersecurity implementations, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop win themes, and write compelling proposal sections.
- Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools, ensuring timely submissions.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and adherence to FAR, DFARS, and IT-specific standards.
- Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain compliance matrices and IT-focused content libraries.
- Stay current with federal acquisition regulations, IT industry trends, and agency-specific IT requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing in U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
- Expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.
Proficiency with various tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint or Google Workspace, proposal software, project management tools, and IT-specific tools.
