Job Description

This role is responsible for managing proposals from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are gathered and presented in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • To review and understand RFQ/Enquiry documents techno-commercially.
  • Prepare budgetary and firm bids, offer text, cost calculations, time schedule along with other bid documents as per need after evaluation of RFQ Enquiry in association with Sales regions/ICB Partners/BD.
  • To correspond with vendors/procurement for right specification and cost to ensure optimum Techno-commercial offer making.
  • Technical Clarifications to Partners (Sales/ICB/BD)
  • Attending technical discussions and providing technical clarifications to client/Partners/Sales/ICB/BD.
  • Maintaining Project list and achieving Order intake targets assigned.
  • Coordination with operations for Proposal Optimization
  • Evaluate / analyze win/loss orders
  • Contributing ideas for cost optimization to PLM/Operations

This position is based out of Mumbai Kalwa, India

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • > 6 to 8 years of working experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge in Switchgear field with commercial knowledge.
  • Good planning inter-personal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Marketing Tendering preferred.
