About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Proposal Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement winning proposal strategies, aligning with client needs and business objectives.

  • Craft high-quality proposals that showcase your expertise and understanding of the client's requirements.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to gather vital information and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines effectively, ensuring all proposals meet quality standards and are submitted on schedule.
  • Edit and review proposals for clarity, grammar, and formatting adherence to company branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proposal Development: Develop and implement winning proposal strategies, aligning with client needs and business objectives.
  2. Collaboration: Liaise with subject matter experts to gather vital information and ensure seamless collaboration.
  3. Timeline Management: Manage timelines and deadlines effectively, ensuring all proposals meet quality standards and are submitted on schedule.
  4. Review and Editing: Edit and review proposals for clarity, grammar, and formatting adherence to company branding guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience using proposal management software and tools.
  • 7+ years of experience with project management methodologies.
  • 7+ years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals.
  • 7+ years of experience using CRM software to manage client information.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading proposal presentations and client meetings.
  • Experience in incorporating feedback from clients to improve proposal success rates.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of experience writing and organizing complex proposals in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • 8+ years of experience with APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification.
