We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our proposal development efforts. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- RFP Management: Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify key trends and insights that inform proposal development.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Proposal Management: Proven experience in managing proposal development teams and processes.
- Writing and Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform proposal development.
- Project Management: Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required. Experience in the public sector or consulting is a plus.
